Shipping

I ship worldwide. When possible, your order will be sent in reused packaging in an effort to be more environmentally friendly.

Please note that I am unable to offer any cheaper international shipping options. International shipping has unfortunately increased in price in many countries, and is out of my control. You are also responsible for any customs, duties or other fees that your country may impose on international packages, but many countries waive these fees for inexpensive items!

Shipping times vary. Since the pandemic, shipping times have increased dramatically. If you are outside of Europe, please allow as long as 2 months to receive your order (although in many cases it will be faster than that).

Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If you need to return an item, contact me and we can arrange it. You will be liable for shipping costs, and a handling fee will be taken from the final refund amount. All items returned must be unused, and in their original, resaleable condition.

Due to the vintage nature of some of the elements used, some elements may have minimal cosmetic flaws. I do not use elements that are obviously damaged or in a bad state.

Material Sourcing

I salvage a lot of my beads and decorative elements from vintage pieces, obtained through friends, family, second hand stores, vintage sales, etc. It’s a great way to keep things out of landfill as well as giving them a new lease on life!

All of the ear hooks, backs, studs, clasps, etc. are brand new and unused.
